Returns
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be in their original condition and packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
To start a return, please email [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

A description of the issue
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
